510 C-Pillar vents smoothie style

NEW-- 68-69 option (choose in options uses 6mm studs for mounting to 68-69 body cars which came with studded vents)

Direct fit for the 70-73 body cars. CNC machined from a block of 6061 Aluminum. These vents started a from a laser scan of an actual 68-69 vent. Many hours of modifying and designing went into making these into something that could be machined.

Exterior portion is 100% from the scan, the middle portion is my own design to enable machining. Back is also redesigned, incorporating 1/4"-20 mounting studs machined as part of the vent. Designed to accept the bug trap/duct from a 70-73 plastic pillar vent(not included reuse yours). Stud spacing is 70-73 but should fit a 68-69 with minor filing of mounting holes. Machined with a groove to accept a gasket .

Includes nylon nuts, washers and a gasket cord for installation. These are the straight out of the machine finish. Super clean lines and great for the driver cars. Note, as with anything created from a scanned part, there are minor imperfections that get machined in the part from the original pattern. More pics/videos on instagram.
