Hi-Capacity R180 510 differential cover

This is a custom differential cover I designed for use on the Datsun 510 using a Subaru R180 differential. Carved from solid billet 6061 aircraft aluminum. All edges radiused or chamfered. Fill and drain are -8 ORB o-ring boss ports. No leaky npt plugs. ORB ports allows easy fluid changes and easy expansion to a full on diff cooler setup if needed. Utilizes the factory plastic subaru vent which is baffled by the OE Subaru gasket. Very stiff internal structure should add extra rigidity to the diff case. Holds roughly 1/3+ more oil than a standard cover.

Ships with a genuine Subaru metal gasket, vent, and two XRP -8 ORB internal hex plugs.

Guaranteed fitment on 510 chassis. Fits Datsun S30 with aftermarket rear suspension and R180 Subaru cars.
